Frosty’s Cleaning Co. is a family owned and operated cleaning company that was created by Shane and Judy Frost (pictured above) in 1992.

When they started this business together they were looking for a way to not only provide for their family, but to also provide needed cleaning & disaster clean-up services to the residents of Kane County, Garfield County, and surrounding areas in Southern Utah. At that time there were no nearby cleaning services for these residents & business owners and they wanted to change that.

With a lot of hard work Shane and Judy were able to find great success with the business (thanks to all the amazing customers who trusted them with their cleaning needs)! Frosty’s provided well for their family and the nearby communities. It also gave their children the opportunity to work with their dad while they were growing up. Often cleaning with him during the summers when they didn’t have school. Shane and Judy always had high hopes that one of their three children would someday take over the business and continue the legacy they had started. When they would occasionally ask their kids what their thoughts were about owning the company, their oldest two sons both said that they might someday want it, but their youngest daughter Brittney assured them that she wouldn’t ever own it.

All of that changed in 2014 after Brittney got married and her husband David had the opportunity to work for Frosty’s. He ended up enjoying it so much that he told Brittney he would love to own the business with her if given the chance to someday (she never saw that coming)! Eventually David got a different job but he always said he was ready to quit it if he could own Frosty’s! Brittney assured him there was no chance of that, but in March of 2021; 28 years after Shane and Judy started Frosty’s, David and Brittney had the opportunity to become the new owners of Frosty’s (pictured below) and in the end…David got his way!

Ever since owning the company they’ve found great joy in continuing the legacy that her parents started before she was born. Brittney & David have also learned how generous and amazing people are on a more personal level. They are all so thankful for the customers who gave Frosty’s a chance throughout the years. You’ve played a huge part in the success of Frosty’s, and the Frost & Johnson families have been so blessed because of it.
