We currently offer residential & commercial cleaning services to Kane County, Garfield County, and the surrounding areas of Southern Utah.

  • 1. CARPET, UPHOLSTERY, RUGS, & MATTRESSES

These services include: Pre-spray to help remove stains + dirt, spot treatment, & minimal furniture moving.

These are all cleaned with a hand-wand or an RX-20 tool. We clean using a truck mount with high-pressure, hot water extraction (also known as steam cleaning). This method penetrates deep stains, allergens, and dirt that are removed with a powerful suction. When complete, the area is left with 5% water remaining that will dry in 2-6 hours (weather depending).

*We charge for residential carpet cleaning by the room. We charge for commercial cleaning by the sq. ft. Upholstery, rugs, & mattresses are charged depending on the size and amount.

  • 2. TILE & HARD SURFACES

These services include: Pre-spray, moving of minimal furniture, & optional grout pre-scrub.

These are all cleaned with an SX-12 tool. We use high pressure, hot water extraction to clean tile & remove grease, & dirt from grout. When grout is sealed it cleans up best.

*We charge for tile cleaning by the square foot.

  • 3. DISASTER CLEAN-UP

Included with these services: Water extraction, removal of debris, carpet & carpet pad removal, sheetrock removal, and moisture readings following clean-up. We can also supply fans for $25 per fan-per day, and the option for additional cleaning + odor removal spray once the clean-up is complete.

Disasters with sewer, water or flood are cleaned using high vacuum suction to extract water. We use a waterclaw, handwand, and if needed an RX-20 tool. We are capable of extracting thousands of gallons of water.

*We charge for disaster clean-up by the hour.
