  • What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

    There are a few things that you can do beforehand to prepare for the appointment that will make it more time efficient such as:

    • Moving any furniture that you would like us to clean underneath beforehand. We can move small furniture while we clean for no extra cost, but we clean around large furniture.

    • Vacuuming beforehand always makes our job easier and quicker, but it isn’t necessary.

    • Have payment ready at the end of the appointment. We accept cash, card, & Venmo.

  • Can you guarantee that all of the stains and spots will be removed?

    Unfortunately we can’t guarantee 100% spot or stain removal. The type of stain and carpet fibers, their age and everyday wear all play a part when we are unable to completely remove the stains or spots. Most spots and stains come out of the carpets easier if they haven’t been spot treated previously.

  • How long will it take my carpet to dry after the appointment?

    2-6 hours depending on the weather. The warmer the weather the quicker the dry time. If you want to speed up the dry time we recommend turning on a ceiling fan to help move the air and dry the room.

  • Do you do spot treatments?

    Yes, however we prefer to clean the whole room where possible.

    We also offer a pet spot treatment service for areas where pets have soiled the carpet. This treatment removes the smell and stains from the padding and carpet leaving it clean and odor free.

  • Why does my carpet look bubbly after getting it cleaned?

    If this happens it might be a sign that your carpet needed to be re-stretched before getting it cleaned. In most cases after it dries the bubbles will disappear entirely. Turning on an AC unit or a ceiling fan helps the bubbles to disappear faster. Please let us know if they don’t go away after the floor is completely dry.

  • Do you clean if no one is home or in the office that you're cleaning?

    Yes we do. If no one will be around it’s important that we know exactly what we will be cleaning and how to lock up the home/building after we are finished cleaning.

  • Do you steam clean?

    We use hot water extraction which is often referred to as steam cleaning.

  • Are there benefits to having a carpet protector applied after my carpets are cleaned?

    Yes, a carpet protector helps lift stains quicker and easier in the future by allowing them less penetration into the carpet fibers.

  • Is there a way to remove odors from pets/smoking after you clean?

    Yes, we have a product that we can spray on areas with odor that is specifically designed to eliminate odors from a variety of sources such as: urine, mold, mildew, vomit, smoke, skunk, and protein fire residue.

  • Can you clean businesses after hours?

    Yes! In fact we prefer to clean businesses with high traffic after hours to avoid inconveniencing the clients/guests of your business. This also ensures a more thorough and time efficient appointment if we don’t have to work around people.
